Just a quick update as to why Ive been MIA! Last weekend I went camping (lots of hiking so I stayed active). But school has been a bit busy these past few days, so I haven’t had time time to post anything. I’ve been going to the gym everyday though, usually I do the elliptical for 35 mins and then the stairs for 10 mins. I also haven’t had time to complete Day 5 of the 30DS but I will tomorrow after class. Oh and I know some of you are wondering why I haven’t posted if Ive lost weight or not, but I’m not weighing myself until the end of April. So Ill update you guys with that later!
